Recette Sauce Mayo blanche
Cette délicieuse sauce, entre sauce blanche classique et plus légère que la mayonnaise classique, ira garnir un sandwich à base de viande, comme un kebab ou un burger au poulet.
Ingrédients
Préparation de la recette
- Émincer finement quelques brins de ciboulette.
- Éplucher une gousse d’ail, l’écraser grossièrement et l’émincer.
- Dans un bol, mélanger la mayonnaise et le fromage blanc.
- Ajouter l’ail et la ciboulette émincés.
- Saler et poivrer à sa convenance.
Conseils
Ajouter une pincée de piment en poudre pour rehausser le goût de la Sauce Mayo Blanche.
