Recette Vinaigrette au curry
Une vinaigrette au curry qui accompagne parfaitement les fruits de mer… Et particulièrement les noix de Saint-Jacques.
Ingrédients
Préparation de la recette
- Prendre un bol et mélanger la moutarde et le vinaigre.
- Ajouter l’huile d’olive progressivement et bien mélanger.
- Ajouter ensuite le curry et mélanger de nouveau.
- Ajouter enfin l’huile neutre progressivement, tout en mélangeant.
- Rajouter un trait de jus de citron à ce moment, si vous le souhaitez.
