Recette Aïoli Traditionnel
Plongez dans la tradition méditerranéenne avec notre recette authentique d’aïoli, une délicieuse émulsion d’ail et d’huile d’olive qui apportera une touche provençale à vos plats.
Ingrédients
Préparation de la recette
- Dans un bol (ou un mortier), écraser l’ail (ou l’émincer finement) et le jaune d’oeuf pour obtenir une pâte homogène.
- Ajouter l’huile goutte à goutte puis en mince filet en fouettant pour que le mélange épaississe.
- Enfin, incorporer le jus de citron, et assaisonner de sel et poivre !
Service
La sauce est, bien sur, meilleure le jour-même, mais on peut la conserver au réfrigérateur jusqu'à 2-3 jours.
